EPS Applications
EPS has traditionally been used for packaging fresh produce and seafood, fragile items such as electronics and temperature sensitive items including pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
Its protective properties make it ideal for use in bicycle helmets and child car seats.
Considerable quantities of EPS are also used in building and construction applications. These include insulated building systems such as exterior wall cladding and sandwich panels as well as void forming solutions like waffle pods and geofoam.
The versatility of EPS enables it to be customised to virtually any shape imaginable making it popular for use in signwriting and in creating film/theatre props and sets.
